Blacksoap - Raw, Organic

Instructions: (Recommended use: 1-2 times per week) Do not use blacksoap every day. Alternate between a mild, calming soap such as the SheaButter Soap or Oat Soap. It is recommended to use a white 100% cotton towel on your face and body if you have sensitive skin. Slice a bar sized piece of soap. Lather up the soap in your hands or with the towel. Wash your face gently in circular, outward motions quickly. Rinse immediately. Lightly pat dry. Moisturize immediately with Face Serum 012. 

Warning: Do not leave blacksoap on your face no more than 5 seconds after lathering up. The natural ingredients make the blacksoap potent and only requiring a short use.

Blacksoap also makes a great exfoliating soap for removing dead skin. It is also widely used to soothe skin damaged by acne, razor bumps, some skin rashes & skin irritations.

Returns

We do not accept returns on beauty products such as soaps, whipped butters, lip balms, creams, raw butters & hair products.

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@sheanutorganix.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Also contact the shipment carrier. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
