SheaNut Organix is a brand dedicated to providing natural and organic products for hair and skin care. Our products are made with 100% pure shea butter and other natural ingredients, ensuring that they are not only effective but also safe and gentle for all skin types.

We specializing in artisan shea butter and mango butter soaps, whipped butters, hair products, lip balms & vegan products. SheaNut Organix established in Houston, Texas and officially launched in April 2022 by Houstonian soapmaker,  Leara Brown. 

 “I created healthier options for my skin due to Graves’ Disease. After treatment, my skin became sensitive and the chemicals in soaps, moisturizers and hair products, burned my skin. I used blacksoap & shea butter on my skin and hair for years but I got bored with repeatedly using the same 2 products. I searched for other options but still ended up burning my skin so I researched and studied how to make soap, what’s good for our hair & skin and what’s not. I wanted organic products that actually nourish my hair & skin, provide the comfort I  desperately needed and show significant improvements in my skin health.” -Leara Brown. 

Our 100% Raw Unrefined Nilotica from Uganda, East Africa and our 100% shea and mango butter is sourced directly from Ghana, where it is ethically and sustainably harvested by women- owned cooperatives. By supporting these cooperatives, we are able to help empower women in Uganda and rural areas of Ghana and promote sustainable practices that benefit both people and the environment.
