Local Delivery

We do offer local delivery within Houston and the surrounding area. We charge $10 for local delivery.

Deliveries are made from 8 am to 6 pm, Monday- Friday only. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

 CURBSIDE PICKUP

We no longer offer curbside pickup. 

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Domestic Shipping Policy

 Shipment Processing Time


All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, text* or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.



Delivery delays can occasionally occur.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses


SheaNut Organix ships to addresses within the U.S & U.S. Territories addresses.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@sheanutorganix.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Customs, Duties and Taxes


SheaNut Organix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
