100% Organic Raw Unrefined Shea Butter 1 lb  block. Nilotica (Rare, White, East African shea butter from Uganda region) has more conditioning properties and has a softer, lighter, creamier consistency than the more common West African Ivory and Yellow shea butter variants.

Returns

We do not accept returns on beauty products such as soaps, whipped butters, lip balms, creams, raw butters & hair products.

Damages

In the event that your order arrives damaged or defective in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@sheanutorganix.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Also contact the shipment carrier. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
